1:Acquisition

Actively acquire “Owner-change property*” which has limited buyer in the market

We focus on acquisition of condominiums under lease contract that have less competition of buyers. Our target range is from single unit to bundled units, up to 1 billion yen. We are able to provide prompt and precise valuation and payment, based on sellers needs.

2:Management

We hold more than 1,800 rooms at any given time. We have long-term experience in this business.

We are generating stable rental income by holding a variety of condominiums in a portfolio, diversifying the real estate investment risk.

3:Renovation Sales

We offer “New lifestyle” to consumers by providing an appropriate renovation.

We turn “pre-owned condominiums” into renovated condominiums after the tenants move out and offer them to home buyers. We make every effort to do “Appropriate renovation” to every room by imaging people who would live in the room so that we can develop the best appeal in terms of value for price as well as quality and convenience.
