In Japan, residential properties are mostly supplied through new developments compared to other developed countries. The reason behind is that there was a serious shortage of residences after WWII.
Today, if we are to continue to supply residences through new developments, older residences require demolishment, resulting in waste of usable resources. To limit the waste of existing resources, one solution is to increase redistribution of readily available pre-owned residences rather than building new residences.

We strongly believe that we can deliver “Smart Value and Comfortable Living” by renovation of pre-owned condominiums to consumers. As a result, we aim to contribute in realizing eco-friendly and vigorous society.

Our goal is to become reliable and essential organization from all stakeholders. We believe it is important for us to maintain stable business base, to recognize social responsibility and to deliver quality pre-owned condominiums.
